Responsibilities

Provide support for new customer set up, working directly with Heartland Sales and District Customers

Contact customers to schedule appointments

Build School Nutrition online payment configuration

Build Student Store online payment configuration

Ensure connectivity with District Point of Sale systems/MySchoolBucks

Build payment gateways for successful payment processing for customers

Create district administrator credentials for reporting and support

Provide training for new and existing customers

Student store product set up and reporting

Provide quality assurance reviews

Manage district merchant agreements, contracts and changes as requested
