Responsibilities
Lead and support Imagine's content efforts and various agencies to create and optimize collateral, email campaigns, videos, and social media content, ensuring alignment with brand goals and driving customer engagement.
Manage marketing communications, brand positioning, for •Harry Potter: The Exhibition• and other IP-based or Imagine-owned properties, collaborating with partners like Warner Bros. Discovery.
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to inform data-driven decisions and improve results and guide ongoing strategy improvements.
Partner with cross-functional domestic and international teams to ensure alignment and success in launching global touring campaigns.
Oversee brand management by maintaining and updating brand guidelines, toolkits, and materials to ensure consistency across all partners and marketing strategies.
Provide project updates to stakeholders and ensure all marketing materials and communications meet quality and brand standards.
Oversee and execute comprehensive PR strategies, including developing press kits, managing corporate communications, and co-managing local PR agencies in collaboration with Promoters.
Support promoters and local agencies on PR management, including submission and approval processes with Warner Bros., the CEO, and other key stakeholders.
Lead corporate PR efforts by drafting and pitching press releases and feature stories, preparing speaking materials for company spokespersons, and managing crisis communications.
Organize and manage creative efforts, including photo shoots, press photos, and content approval workflows.
Identify and implement tools, resources, and SOPs to enhance project efficiency and team alignment.
Maintain active professional profiles on social platforms like LinkedIn and Meta to drive industry engagement and support work-related initiatives.
Create and deliver effective brand immersion materials for promoters and agencies to align on responsibilities, approval processes, and deadlines.
Review comprehensive crisis management and communications plans to craft timely and clear messaging for internal and external stakeholders, overseeing real-time communication during incidents.

Required
15+ years of marketing management experience with strong business acumen.
Proven leadership experience, including developing talent and leading CRM, data-driven marketing, and analytics strategies.
Excellent Proofreading Skills
Skilled in traditional, digital, social media, and experiential marketing.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
High initiative, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a can-do attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Dropbox, Slack, and collaboration platforms; experience with Smartsheet and StarLabs is a plus.
Strong team player with the ability to build relationships and work independently.
Experience in public relations, strategic brand marketing, and cultural institutions, entertainment, or hospitality industries.
Flexible and adaptable to working across multiple time zones, including international.
Resourceful with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Sense of humor, passion, and enthusiasm for the role, with a knack for sharing the perfect meme at the right moment.
Ability to function in high-pressure situations.
Manual dexterity to operate a computer.
Correctable vision and hearing.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability.
Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally for the purpose of moving equipment on and off shelves.
