Responsibilities
Build and scale legal processes that adapt to our global expansion.
Partner with finance, marketing, procurement, and more to support company goals.
Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of high-impact contracts like MSAs, SOWs, SaaS, and licensing agreements.
Mentor a high-performing team of legal professionals.
Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our practices align with evolving cybersecurity, privacy, and IP laws.

Required
10+ years of expertise in commercial agreements, particularly in tech and SaaS.
A track record of success in both law firms and in-house legal roles.
Proven leadership skills in building legal teams and driving impactful strategies.
A sharp eye for complex agreements and an in-depth understanding of IP, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
A JD from a top-tier law school and active bar membership.
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.
