Responsibilities
Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis of potential mergers and acquisitions, focusing on inclusive practices and diverse stakeholder engagement.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in M&A consulting or related fields, with a proven track record of successful transactions.
Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, with the ability to apply these concepts in a corporate context.
Preferred
Experience working in diverse teams or organizations that prioritize inclusive practices.
Certification in Diversity and Inclusion or related fields.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate insights clearly to various stakeholders.
