Responsibilities
Organizes and prepares requests from Associate Director for use by RMs/Donors
Materials include but are not limited to: impact reports, donor briefings, gift agreements, donor communications
Seeks and gathers key statistics, narratives and information for RMs to include in donor conversations
Partners closely with communications team to ensure program content, stats etc are accurate
Schedules meetings, takes minutes
Proactively collects and organizes events and other donor engagement opportunities for Associate Directors to provide to RMs for donors.
Submits travel requests
P card and expense reports
Provides admin support for leadership circles/grateful patient work
Assist National Director with communications, coordination of trainings and scheduling
Assist in special projects as assigned by National Director, Development Services

Required
Associate's degree in business administration, communication, or related field or equivalent
2 yrs of non-profit fundraising related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Demonstrated attention to detail (including grammar and punctuation) and accuracy
Familiarity with CRM Salesforce and relational databases
Experience using Microsoft Office programs
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
