Responsibilities

Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and maintain data models and databases for effective analysis.
Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant metrics.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by validating input and output data.
Stay updated with the latest data analysis technologies and methodologies.
Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis best practices.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis or related field.
Strong proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python).
Proficiency in SQL and database management.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and attention to detail.
Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Knowledge of business intelligence tools and their applications.
Experience with data cleaning and preparation techniques.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred

Familiarity with machine learning algorithms is a plus.
Certification in data analysis (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.
