Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new business by utilizing industry knowledge and experience to identify potential clients and markets to evolve existing book of business. Develop strategies for pursuing new and existing business opportunities for all parts of the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

Manage client relationships by building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients, and current clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring our service solutions are aligned with their goals. Proactively address client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Analyze market shifts and customer needs to adjust our business strategies accordingly.

Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure clients receive exceptional service from beginning to end. Contribute to the strategic planning of the company's objectives and initiatives related to market expansion.

Meet or exceed sales targets while contributing to the company's overall profitability and growth. Monitor sales metrics and report on progress toward sales and revenue goals while driving uncapped commission and personal financial success.

Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing materials and campaigns for your target market. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote company services.

Prepare detailed, compelling proposals, and lead presentations for potential clients. Communicate the benefits and advantages of company services over competitors.
