Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.
Assess borrowers’ financial situations and recommend suitable loan products from Nexa’s extensive options.
Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, loan products, and regulatory requirements.
Utilize Nexa’s technology platforms for lead management, loan origination, and compliance.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan production goals.
Provide outstanding customer service and foster trust with clients throughout the loan process.

Required
Proven experience as a mortgage loan officer, loan originator, or in a similar role.
Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license (NMLS) required.
Strong knowledge of various loan products, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and jumbo loans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
