Responsibilities
Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing new franchise opportunities
Oversee the end-to-end business development process for prospective agency candidates, from initial contact to onboarding
Foster innovation and contribute to the ongoing initiatives to continuously improve our approach to efficiently and effectively meet the organizations growth goals
Listen to the needs of insurance agents and share with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations team

Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of strong sales performance
3+ years of insurance sales experience
Experience and ability to thrive in a start-up or in a scrappy, fast-moving environment
Deep understanding of what it takes to be a successful insurance agency owner
High level of technology proficiency, including CRM and outreach software
Preferred
Candidates in the states of Florida and Texas will be prioritized.
