Responsibilities
Identify, target, and prioritize high-value R&D opportunities in Computer Vision and AI across medical imaging, defense, and advanced manufacturing industries.
Develop and execute strategies to engage and establish long-term partnerships with senior technical and business stakeholders (e.g., CTOs, R&D leaders, and Innovation Managers).
Lead discussions with prospective partners to align their technical and R&D needs with RTC Vision’s capabilities.
Negotiate and secure high-value agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Build and maintain a robust network of industry leaders to uncover future opportunities and position RTC Vision as a trusted innovation partner.
Represent RTC Vision at key industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen brand presence and influence.

Required
A bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific field.
At least 10 years of professional experience, with a significant portion dedicated to business development in technology-driven industries.
Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and securing R&D collaborations or partnerships in deep tech or related sectors.
Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts and their business value to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic networking skills.
Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to navigate complex, dynamic environments.
Familiarity with Computer Vision, AI, and their applications in medical, defense, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
Experience working closely with technical teams to co-develop tailored solutions for complex challenges.
Preferred
Experience in one or more of the following markets—medical technology, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
