Responsibilities

Identify and recruit talented influencers across various social media platforms.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio of influencers, serving as their main point of contact.

Strategically grow your book of business by identifying and onboarding new influencers.

Collaborate with the influencer team to identify suitable brands for your influencers.

Actively seek out and secure partnerships, negotiating terms and agreements.

Foster long-term relationships with brands and continuously provide excellent service.

Oversee the entire campaign process, from ideation to execution.

Ensure campaign objectives are met and deliverables are executed to a high standard.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Provide guidance and support to influencers to help them enhance their content and engagement.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to help influencers adapt and succeed.
