Responsibilities

Develop and Implement Quality Systems: Establish and maintain a quality management system (QMS) that complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements for service delivery.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all services meet quality standards before being delivered to the customer.

Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Compliance and Auditing: Conduct internal audits and manage external audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001-2015).

Data Analysis: Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.

Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and processes related to service delivery.

Customer Interaction: Interface with our internal customers, addressing customer complaints and working with relevant departments to resolve quality issues in service delivery.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain quality documentation and prepare reports for senior management.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Engineering, Service Management, or a related field.

Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in quality management or a related field, with a focus on services, two (2) of which have been in a leadership capacity.

Certification as a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), or an equivalent credential or ability to obtain within six months of hire.

Proficient in quality management methodologies and tools such as Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), Agile Project Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools like Fishbone Diagram and 5 Whys.

Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001-2015.

Proven track record of leading continuous improvement projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with quality management software and tools.

Travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 30%.
