Responsibilities
Oversee financial operations of the S/4 Migration Program.
Manage budget and forecast processes, track performance versus actuals, and reconcile budgets.
Track external contracts, purchase orders, and invoice payments.
Confirm and track staffing (internal and external).
Work cross-functionally with value-stream teams and finance groups.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and leverage advanced Excel functions such as models, macros, and formulas.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and required deliverables.

Required
Proven experience in financial forecasting, budget management, and tracking.
Strong financial aptitude and understanding of financial accounting principles.
Expertise in Excel (including modeling, macros, and formulas) and PowerPoint.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally at various organizational levels.
Familiarity with budget comparisons and reconciliations.
Availability to work within CST or EST time zones, ensuring at least 2-3 hours of daily collaboration with the project team.
