Responsibilities
Develops and implements quality assurance (QA) frameworks to ensure all program activities including data collection, audits, and investigations, meet rigorous quality standards.
Reviews program deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract requirements.
Collaborates with the Senior Project Manager to identify areas for process improvement and ensures corrective actions are taken, where necessary.
Ensures continuous improvement of QA processes through regular reviews, feedback loops, and performance evaluations.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience related to planning, conducting and supervising quality assurance work on similar, large-scale projects, developing quality assurance plans and programs, and conducting quality assurance reviews.
