Responsibilities
Provides executive direction, ensures continuity, and oversees the entire lifecycle of work completed.
Plans, supervises, and manages day-to-day operations of the task order - ensures that all aspects of the task order are executed effectively and efficiently.
Collaborates closely with the Senior Program Director to identify and mitigate project risks, address challenges, and adjust resources as needed.
Provides detailed progress reports to Senior Program Director and CMS, ensuring transparency and accountability in the task order’s execution.
Develops and implements quality assurance (QA) frameworks to ensure all program activities, including data collection, audits, and investigations, meet rigorous quality standards.
Reviews program deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract requirements.
Collaborates with the Senior Project Manager to identify areas for process improvement and ensures corrective actions are taken where necessary.
Ensures continuous improvement of QA processes through regular reviews, feedback loops, and performance evaluations.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience with managing teams and schedules for complex government contracts or healthcare programs.
Knowledge of the requirements of this contract and the ability to provide executive direction for the accomplishment of work under the contract.
Experience with data-driven project execution, including the ability to oversee both quantitative analysis and qualitative audits.
