Responsibilities
Develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to support marketing initiatives.
Utilize Forrester’s B2B Revenue Waterfall™ to align marketing and sales efforts around customer value and maximize revenue potential.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Measure and evaluate marketing performance using functional and impact metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Understand and support web analytics to track and optimize online marketing efforts.
Leverage Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Perform data cleaning and data engineering using dbt (data build tool).
Utilize Oracle and Snowflake databases for data management and analysis.
Apply knowledge of marketing technology, including Oracle Eloqua, Segment Data Capture, and Twilio Engage CDP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address opportunities within buying groups.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing effectiveness.
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
Strong understanding of Forrester’s B2B Revenue Waterfall™ and its application in marketing and sales alignment.
Experience with functional and impact metrics to measure marketing performance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
