Responsibilities
Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, encompassing market segmentation, target audience identification, brand positioning, and messaging.
Align marketing plans with company goals, focusing on investor engagement and syndication growth.
Conduct detailed market research to identify industry trends, competitor insights, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Lead and inspire a high-performing fully remote marketing team, including offshore members.
Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Oversee and optimize marketing technologies such as Active Campaign, Zapier, Asana, Slack, Canva, and automation tools.
Leverage AI and integrations to streamline workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.
Design and execute impactful marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Develop engaging content tailored to investors, fostering strong relationships and trust.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing efforts.
Utilize data insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Maintain and elevate the company’s brand identity across all platforms.
Ensure consistent and compelling messaging to build trust and credibility.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new investors while strengthening relationships with existing stakeholders.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to maximize ROI.
Partner with sales/investor relations, equity/operations, acquisitions, and development teams to achieve shared objectives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
3+ years Proven track record in marketing for commercial real estate, investments, or syndications.
Expertise in digital marketing, social media, branding, and analytics.
Proficiency in marketing and tech platforms including Active Campaign, Zapier, PlusThis, Segmetrics, Circle.so, Hootsuite, Rebrandly, Twilio, Confluence, Bonjoro, Sakari, Asana, Slack, and Canva.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Demonstrated success in managing remote and diverse teams.
Passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and technologies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

Health Care Reimbursement Allowance of $7500 per year.
Paid time off 2 weeks (10 working days), going up to 3 weeks (15 working days) after 18 months, going up to 4 weeks (20 working days) after 4 years, plus standard US Holidays.
