Responsibilities
Invoice generation: Creating and sending invoices to customers for goods or services rendered.
Payment processing: Recording and posting customer payments received via various methods (checks, credit cards, ACH).
Account reconciliation: Verifying that payments match invoices and resolving any discrepancies.
Customer contact: Following up with customers regarding overdue payments, answering billing questions, and addressing concerns.
Data entry: Entering customer information, payment details, and invoice data into the accounting system.
Aging reports: Monitoring the status of outstanding invoices by reviewing aging reports.
Collections support: Assisting with collection efforts for past due accounts, potentially working with a collections manager.
Customer account maintenance: Updating customer information such as addresses and contact details.

Required
Experience as
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
