Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls
Follow up with new and existing clients regarding administrative needs
Work closely with Sales Team and Agent
Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
Document all customer interactions
Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge

Required
Fluent in English & Spanish
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Understanding of active listening techniques
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
Action-Oriented: You focus on getting things done and making things happen.
Tech-Savvy: You’re quick with computers, adaptable to new software, and efficient in managing data and processing information.
Must be able to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance License (we provide & pay for study-guide and exam)
Preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
