Responsibilities
Support with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, document scanning, and correspondence.
Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for leadership and support data-driven decision-making.
Generating reports and analyzing claims data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
Conducting audits of claims processes and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Staying updated on industry changes, regulations, and best practices related to claims processing and data analysis.
Review and verify the accuracy of information, ensuring compliance with medical standards and organizational guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the medical claims review process and ensure data integrity.
Assist in organizing and managing large data sets, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Perform data validation and cross-checks to ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to resolve discrepancies or clarify data.
Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Performs other duties and assists with special projects as requested by management.

Required
A minimum of three years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R
Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling concepts
Experience with data cleaning, data transformation, and basic ETL processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills to interact with C-Suite executives, clinical providers, and other external and internal stakeholders.
Visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer monitor; extensive reading.
Ability to use fine motor skills to operate computers, office equipment and/or machinery.
Able to sit for several hours at a time with periodic breaks.

Preferred
Experience in the healthcare or claims industry is preferred.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
