Responsibilities
As a user experience lead, you will be responsible for pursuing continuous improvement of application experiences throughout our various ecosystems.
In this role, you will ensure a smooth and efficient experience for members, from initial application submission to account activation.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to optimize application processes, enhance user experience and advance growth initiatives.

Required
Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited university, or additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree required.
3 years of experience in digital marketing, user experience, or digital system management required.
3 years of experience with application workflows/platforms, technologies, associated challenges and industry trends required.
1 year of experience in Project Management, leadership, vendor management, or equivalent experience required.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively required.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
