Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and devise effective hiring strategies for US and Brazil roles.
Source and build a diverse candidate pool through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct pre-screen interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely and clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain a positive candidate experience with timely support throughout the recruitment process.
Keep recruitment records up-to-date in the ATS and relevant databases.
Generate regular recruitment reports and KPI metrics to monitor hiring progress and performance.
Stay informed about industry best practices and talent acquisition trends.
Conduct background checks, process hiring paperwork, and facilitate new employee orientations.
Partner with external staffing agencies to meet temporary staffing needs as required.
Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Supporting HR related projects and process improvements.

Required
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; preference for experience in healthcare and SaaS.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, HR principles, and industry standards.
Demonstrated success in recruiting for diverse roles at varying levels.
Proficient in candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with ATS and recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear presentation style.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and proficiency in other relevant software tools.
Positive, collaborative team player with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing recruitment data and documentation.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing recruitment needs and explore innovative sourcing methods.
