Responsibilities

Cold call and get rejected daily but have the drive to keep going.
Weekly presentations to new clients.
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) with clients.
Source new prospects daily leveraging Bullhorn ATS/CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other Sales Intelligence tools
Daily MS Teams call with NLI Management.
Travel to clients locations and conferences (20%).
Daily cold calling key decision makers within the Precision Medicine (Diagnostics), Medical Devices, Information Technology (Hardware and Software), and Managed Services Providers (including Cyber Security) Industries.
Accurate Monthly Forecasting
Closes net new accounts monthly.
Articulate Next Level Impacts business offerings and differentiators to prospects with an in-depth understanding of how our service adds value and solves problems
Working closely with your Talent Acquisition Team Member (recruiting)
Invest significant time to learn and understand the company’s previous success stories and translate past work into real-time interactions with customers
Identify key decisions makers within designated business offerings and locations to qualify potential opportunities to introduce Next Level Impacts value-added service
Act as the primary contact and liaison between Next Level Impacts and the customer to ensure Next Level Impacts and its recruiters are sufficiently meeting client needs

Required

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of sales experience within Diagnostics, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Biotech, or Cybersecurity.
Proven experience in strategic cold calling and delivering compelling presentations to C-suite executives, showcasing products/services, and driving key business decisions
Experience using ZoomInfo, Apollo IO, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (necessary) or Recruiter.
Strong MS Office (Excel and Teams) or Mac “For Office” skills (100% necessary).
Coachable learns and applies in real-time
Above-average emotional intelligence with the ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communicator (in office, phone & email)
Self-starter with a personal drive to exceed goals and the ability to self-critique
Proactively identifies and addresses challenges and concerns
Willingness to get better at the uncomfortable (i.e., phone cold calls, change, & presentations).
Foster's high level of self-accountability through regular performance metric attainment
Ability to actively participate in constructive feedback sessions and brainstorming

Experienced sales professionals within Diagnostics, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Biotech or Cybersecurity.

Persuasive influencers. People who understand market positioning and can use their relationship skills and depth of knowledge to secure buy-in, cooperation, and loyalty.

Passionate-driven salespeople. Fiercely intense representatives who are committed to the mission and always looking to grow.
