Responsibilities
Proven experience as a Senior Python Developer
Minimum 14 years of overall experience required
Must be willing for travel to client location
Deep understanding of Python programming language and experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask
VueJS experience must to have
Experience with RESTful API design and development
Knowledge of financial systems, data analysis, and experience in the financial services industry
Develop, debug, and maintain complex software applications using Python
Optimise and improve existing systems for scalability and performance
Work closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand and implement system requirements
Provide technical expertise to team members and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
Take part in large-scale application design, development, and maintenance of securities platforms and systems
Write high-quality automation test scripts and work independently to resolve technical issues through analysis, debugging, and research/investigation
Maintain and manage support of production components and look to automate redundant workflows
Conduct code reviews with team members to effectively collaborate better solution practices
