Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement advanced demand forecasting models using statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.

Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to visualize forecast accuracy and key performance indicators.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Integrate multiple data sources to create a comprehensive view of demand signals and supply chain performance.

Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

Conduct regular analysis of forecast accuracy and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Stay current with emerging trends in demand forecasting, machine learning, and business intelligence technologies.

Provide technical guidance and support to other team members on forecasting methodologies and BI tool usage.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper data governance, security, and system integration.

Participate in CoE initiatives to promote best practices in demand forecasting across the organization.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related field, with a focus on supply chain and demand forecasting

Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R)

Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView

Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques for forecasting.

Solid understanding of supply chain processes and demand planning principles

Familiarity with Oracle TMS systems and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
