Responsibilities

Working closely with our engineering and product development teams by facilitating positive inbound and outbound communications with our customers along with related technical support activities.
You will work on a variety of items such as incoming customer requests for information or assistance, outgoing communication to prospective customers to offer insight and education about our platform and technical tasks to configure setup for customers.
Create training materials, both for end users and the helpdesk staff, to provide a deeper understanding of the system's features and functionality.
Experience developing a self-service knowledge base on SharePoint that includes step-by-step guides, FAQs, and video tutorials to help users troubleshoot common issues.
Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and SharePoint.
Ability to think strategically and frame problems in clear approachable language and writing, directed at both technical and non-technical audiences.
Effectively liaison between users and engineering.
Experience writing onboarding materials, SOPs, etc.
A consultant mindset that keeps the needs of the client and users at the forefront of all decisions.
Experience working in Agile development environments.

Required

Experience working within a customer support environment in a technical role, fielding and responding to technical and non-technical issues
Create training materials, both for end users and the helpdesk staff, to provide a deeper understanding of the system's features and functionality
