Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports with calculated fields
Translate business requirements into user-friendly reports and dashboards
Lead key projects and provide coaching and mentoring to team members
Analyze and build custom reports and audits using Workday reporting functionality
Collaborate with internal clients to gather and execute reporting requirements

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of work experience as a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst in large, complex corporations
Proven knowledge of reporting and analytics leveraging Workday
Experience using business analytical skills to facilitate requirements sessions and document workflows
Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions
Preferred
Workday Pro certification
