Responsibilities

Fully non-technical / hands-off position

Strong creative thinking and solution-focused mindset

Client-facing role, frequent interaction with vendors and stakeholders

In-depth review and design of EDI mappings, data specs, and integrations

Ability to interpret data specs, validate data accuracy, and ensure quality

Leading stakeholder meetings, providing weekly updates, and driving action items

Elevated responsibilities beyond basic pipeline maintenance—upper-level design and technical conversations with payroll vendors and stakeholders

Self-motivated, independent operator, comfortable working solo and driving initiatives forward

Auditing and ensuring integrity of data flows between multiple repositories; will have a team to complete the actual audit
