Required
Minimum of 10 years' experience in product management within the payer space
Proven track record of delivering innovative products
Deep understanding of the payer industry, including experience with HOS, Medicare CAHPS, HEDIS CAHPS, and QHP Enrollee Survey programs
Strong background in SaaS software development
Experience with customer experience software platforms
Ability to leverage data analytics and AI/ML to measure and improve the quality of care
Strategic thinker who is user-focused
Ability to effectively communicate and manage stakeholders to deliver on business goals
