Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement RPA solutions to include:
Full lifecycle bot process development
Bot process monitoring
Credential management
Bot performance analytics
Information storage
Exception management
Limit downtime of automations through strategic monitoring and maintenance.
Collaborate with internal teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to capture all business requirements and translate those requirements into technical designs and solutions.
Build and maintain professional knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes, specifically as it pertains to the UIPath platform and other advancements in automation.
Monitor project plan and priority status for all projects to ensure that timelines and milestones are met.
Work independently on RPA in a timely and effective manner.
Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience in business process analysis, process design and requirements definition
Demonstrated expertise with MS Visio and process mapping is required
Previous experience drafting process design documents (PDD) is helpful
Strong project management skills
Ability to ensure project timelines are met
Exceptional communication skills combined with an analytical mindset is critical
Preferred
Prior work in a healthcare environment (specifically revenue cycle) is strongly preferred
Experience with AthenaIDX is a plus
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification preferred
Proficiency in SQL report development &/or experience with other programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++, etc. is a plus
Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodology experience is preferred
