Responsibilities

Manages a matrix project team, responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the work of multiple strategic projects.

Sets and manages priorities according to project requirements and time constraints.

Uses and executes various types of project management methodology (waterfall, agile, hybrid), product management, and system development lifecycles.

Uses project management software, (e.g. MS Project, Jira, ADO).

Analyzes and solves technical problems and issues.

Evaluates alternatives and proposes recommendations; drives and manages to execution.

Leverages project management fundamentals and negotiates with client level personnel and internal staff for project support.

Understands State Fund’s business, strategic goals, and business unit functions.
