Responsibilities

Ensure customer technology deployments & projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to the project plan scope.

Identify and mitigate any risks throughout the project(s) s/he manages.

Manage cross-functional teams from different Oracle departments.

Demonstrate diplomacy and the ability to manage demanding customers.

Demonstrate leadership and motivational skills and mentor other members of the PMO.

Contribute to continuous PMO process improvements and publish contributions to the knowledge base.
