Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for inbound communications, including scheduling depositions and addressing client inquiries.
Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction.
Coordinate billing inquiries with Accounting and facilitate resolution.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create and update client-facing best practices documentation.
Assist clients in creating User Accounts, providing basic tips, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to get started (e.g., reference sheets).

Required
1–3 years of experience in Court Reporting operations.
Proficiency in RB9 (Reporter Base) software.
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Suite) and Slack for communication and collaboration.
Preferred
Has a quiet, professional, and organized home office setup.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and thrives in small, collaborative teams.
Exhibits exceptional communication skills and a positive, client-focused attitude.
Is a self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
