Responsibilities

Managing the full lifecycle of vendor relationships using cutting-edge procurement systems
Providing frontline support and direction for incoming Helpdesk tickets
Collaborating across teams to implement enhancements and new functionality
Navigating a dynamic software environment with a customer-focused mindset

Microsoft OfficeExcelData handlingFinancial analysisProject managementEnterprise procurement system

Required

BA/BS Degree in Business, Management, Data, Finance, Communications, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Some experience with customer service, data handling, IT data, project management, financial analysis
An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
Experience working with Microsoft Office; possesses a developed skill set specifically with Excel
Possesses and demonstrates the ability to learn the policies, procedures, and execution within system guidelines
Excellent organization, problem solving, attention to detail, and customer service/soft skills
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Experience using an enterprise procurement system
