Responsibilities

Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Develop, test, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.

Clean, transform, and preprocess raw data into a format suitable for analysis.

Build predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

Create intuitive and interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, engineers, and analysts, to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning techniques.

Evaluate model performance and continuously improve models based on feedback and new data.

Required

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.

Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, etc.

Expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.

Strong knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Familiarity with deep learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., CNNs, RNNs).

Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is a plus.

Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.

Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, etc.) is a plus.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.

Experience in deploying machine learning models to production environments is a plus.
