Responsibilities
Develop and lead the MSS division, focusing on customer experience and value delivery.
Set vision and goals for security services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Architect and implement scalable Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services.
Design and manage end-to-end vulnerability and patch management programs.
Develop service standards, SLAs, and processes for proactive security support.
Act as the senior security advisor, consulting with clients on risk management and compliance.
Oversee client-facing workshops and strategic planning sessions.
Lead a skilled team of security analysts, engineers, and consultants.
Manage MSS operations, including resource planning, budget management, and vendor relationships.
Define and implement performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Stay current on security threats, vulnerabilities, regulatory changes, and technology trends.
Drive innovation by integrating new security tools and methodologies.
Regularly evaluate and refine services to maintain competitive positioning.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.)
Expertise in security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
Strong technical skills with familiarity across SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability management, and patching platforms
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to provide strategic advice and deliver presentations
Strong project management skills and experience working in a collaborative team environment with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred
Master's degree or relevant professional certifications preferred
