Responsibilities
Month-end close expense and revenue review
Daily revenue projections
Review AR aging with the AR coordinator weekly and more regularly for certain clients
Escalation point for collections issues
Oversee financial audit and tax filing
Monthly quota setting: GC updates the file; and works with various departments and the CEO to finalize.
Approve ACH payments and wires
Review and approve biweekly payroll
Review and approve Cypress and channel partner payment calculations
Review and approve bills for payment in Ramp
Calculate monthly sales commission
Review and import monthly billing
Work with the Client Success team on client requests, credits, adjustments
Back-up for the team during PTO
Attend and participate in weekly operating meetings to guide adjustments to forecast
Weekly cash forecast and daily cash management
Work with GC to create/update a model for rolling forecast and budget. Mark to be the final reviewer/approver
Weekly staffing meeting: GC updates the file, Director drives discussions and final decisions on hiring classes.
Decks for quarterly board meetings and financial presentations: Work with the General Council on draft slides; for the CFO to finalize and present
Monthly reporting and commentary to the board: General Council and Director prep with CFO review
Daily meetings with team members + weekly team meetings
Ongoing team development, support, and management of deliverables
Active engagement during daily stand-ups for forecasting/staffing impact.
Biweekly meetings with leaders of various departments such as enrollment, operations, client success, and HR.
Attend and participate in biweekly leadership meetings
Roll out Upflow
Ad hoc requests for CEO, Chief Growth Officer, board members, and customers (vary based on requests and timing).
APCM, RPM pricing, and unit economics
Run budget process with budget holders, CEO, and the board
Unit economics and minimum size deals for sales modeling
Creating sales commission structure with Chief Growth Officer and sales team and Client Success comp plan
Review and approve new vendor requests
