Responsibilities

Perform complex configuration and troubleshooting to software or equipment following design or installation specifications and best practices

Aid in the development and deployment of enterprise-level solutions for client technology systems that include cloud, on-premise, colocation, and hosted environments

Deliver end-user training on hardware and software

Be a lead role during the project lifecycle, working with the Project Manager to define project timelines, plans and schedules

Mentor team members and ensure adherence to the project timelines, budget, and communication strategy, while driving successful project completion

Ensure that incidents and project tickets are filled out according to company standard and time is entered accurately

Create documentation, including runbooks, as-built documentation, system diagrams, and client technology roadmaps

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively

Organize personal workload to complete projects assigned within deadlines

Escalate issues where appropriate, reporting results to leadership

Participate in an after-hours, on-call rotation to provide support for emergency client issues

Be available for occasional weekend and evening work

Required

6+ years of experience, or 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field

MS or AZ Certifications or equivalent training

4+ years' experience in customer service or support center systems

Develop, deploy and/or troubleshoot complex infrastructure implementations both on premise and in the cloud

Develop clear and concise technical documentation and deliverables

Ability to interact and communicate professionally with client executives

Keen ability to problem solve

Ability to plan logically

Advanced Solutions Design Ability
