Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and coach sales reps to think creatively, solve problems, and exceed sales goals
Establish and monitor sales territories, goals and performance of sales reps
Develop and maintain systems to continually recruit, onboard and retain top sales talent
Collaborate on brand strategies, sales goals, line planning, operational needs and marketing initiatives
Build and foster relationships with reps, key buyers and store owners to deliver an exceptional customer experience (contributing to our value of WOW Our Customers)
Regularly deliver visible metrics on goals and sales progress to the leadership team
Oversee and grow new and existing sales funnels through effective partnerships with reps
Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends of the resort & souvenir apparel business
Represent the brand at trade shows, social events, and industry dinners to establish new connections
Plan and execute annual sales meetings to align and inspire the team

Required

5+ years of proven sales experience building and managing customer relationships, ideally in resort or apparel markets
5+ years of successful sales management experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams
Proficiency with sales technology, such as CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong data analysis skills to track performance, analyze market trends, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
Demonstrated ability to anticipate and meet the needs of key accounts proactively to ensure successful positioning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time, based on business needs and seasonality

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Passion for the resort apparel industry, including selling, customizing, and staying ahead of trends
Enthusiastic, approachable, and optimistic personality with a great sense of humor; all pretty crucial elements for a successful sales leader
Welcoming of change, NIMBLE, and open-minded, and adept at navigating change to support our core value of Continuous Improvement
Must love dogs (we kinda like them at our MN headquarters, and we hope you do, too)
Must love tees (and hats...and stickers...and novelty socks)
