Responsibilities

Possesses limited knowledge of industry practices and procedures.

Analyzes data, identifies several different solutions along with pros and cons with respect to impact on the business

Performs work that includes various duties with standing instructions and processes involving several different methods.

Follows guidelines, methodologies and/or precedents and applies judgment as necessary.

Provides information that supports strategic decision- making by others for the functional business area.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2-4 years of related experience

Implementation experience with multiple of the following technologies: Fiber installation, DWDM, and Transport/Wave

Highly Organized and detail oriented

Experienced with project management/coordination.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work-related experience.

Experience in updating timelines, detailed reports, and executive summaries

Must be proficient in the following software applications: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Excel (ability to sort, filter, calculate formulas, link worksheets and knows keystroke shortcuts), with demonstrated skill in data gathering and analysis.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must

Ability to communicate project needs to internal and external teams/vendors.

Utilize a consultative approach and maintain strong working relationships across multiple departments; internal and external; Conduct meetings with stakeholders to determine objectives and execute on deliverables.

Motivated self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced work environment is a must.

Strong ability to provide leadership/mentoring to other team members.
