Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Enterprise GM to define the overall enterprise segment strategy, including market segmentation, go-to-market approach, and growth targets.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Identify and implement operational improvements across the enterprise segment to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Design and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with Revenue Operations team to develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into enterprise business performance.
Work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of the enterprise strategy.
Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to drive successful outcomes.
Identify and address roadblocks hindering the growth of the enterprise segment.
Lead or contribute to special projects as assigned by the Enterprise GM, such as new market entry, product launches, or strategic partnerships.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting, preferably within the media, advertising, and/or measurement space.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
