Responsibilities
Lead the design and rollout of educational programs tailored for merit schools, focusing on mental health and emotional resilience.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure programs meet educational standards and address the unique needs of students and educators.
Create project timelines, manage resources, and oversee the execution of program initiatives to meet organizational goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for schools, educators, and community organizations, fostering long-term partnerships.
Promote programs through strategic outreach, presentations, and relationship-building activities.
Develop and deliver compelling workshops, training sessions, and resource presentations to secure buy-in from stakeholders and expand program reach.
Identify opportunities to expand the program’s footprint within the education sector by pitching initiatives to new schools and districts.
Drive adoption of educational programs by positioning them as essential tools for promoting mental health and resilience.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and proposals tailored to potential partners.
Collect and analyze feedback from participants, stakeholders, and schools to evaluate program success.
Track metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess program impact and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Present data-driven reports and recommendations to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for enhancement.

Required
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
