Responsibilities

Define and execute your assigned portfolio's product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.
Develop and manage a product roadmap prioritizing initiatives with the highest business and customer impact.
Collaborate with the executive team to identify growth opportunities and inform long-term planning.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and cross-functional partners.

Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful GTM launches, including messaging, positioning, and readiness planning.
Provide product expertise and training to enable sales teams to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials and campaigns to drive adoption and engagement.
Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and team effectiveness.
Manage resources and budgets to drive efficiency and scalability.
Ensure all product development efforts align with strategic and financial goals.

Required

15+ years in product management or a closely related field, with demonstrated success in building and launching impactful products.
5+ years in a senior leadership role, managing product teams and defining strategy.
Proven track record of successfully launching new product lines that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Experience overseeing API development and third-party integrations, ensuring seamless technical implementation.
Familiarity with modern tech stacks and tools, with a focus on scalable and secure solutions.
Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams to support GTM strategies and product launches.
Ability to synthesize technical and business requirements into actionable strategies and deliverables.

Preferred

Deep understanding of SaaS, marketing solutions, or related industries.
