Responsibilities
Generate external awareness of Progressive as a top employer among active and passive jobseekers through public relations and award submission projects.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to send employee surveys.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, to effectively answer award application questions, which includes writing detailed essays.
Collaborate with Progressive’s Public Relations team and external agency to proactively generate ideas for workplace-focused media coverage.
Influence at all levels of the business to facilitate interviews and content.
Participate in cross-functional projects as needed.

Required
A minimum of five years of related work experience in a marketing role
{OR} Bachelor's degree and two years of related work experience in a marketing role
Preferred
Agency or in-house employer brand and recruitment marketing experience, especially in workplace award submissions
Experience in Public Relations for a large consumer or employer brand
Strong project and time management skills
Demonstrated organization skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality, error-free work
