Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal documents including contracts, loan agreements, and service agreements.
Provide legal and administrative support to our legal counsel in handling complex financial transactions and compliance issues.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis pertaining to financial law, SEC regulations, and other relevant legal frameworks.
Prepare and maintain accurate records and case files, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
Support the legal counsel, as necessary.
Manage communication with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and advise the team on compliance strategies.

Required

With over 5 years of working experience as Paralegal.
Strong understanding of financial regulations, contract law, and corporate governance.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred
Previous experience within a financial services firm or similar environment preferred.
