Responsibilities
Define and execute Greenstone’s technical roadmap, aligning with the company’s vision to develop modular, adaptive AI agents.
Collaborate with the CEO and stakeholders to refine and implement the technical strategy.
Provide leadership in advancing the development of AI systems with self-adaptive and active learning capabilities.
Oversee the design and development of flagship products, starting with 'Chisel,' an autonomous software development agent.
Ensure the creation of scalable, context-aware AI systems that integrate seamlessly into client workflows.
Lead the buildout of a modular AI platform that enables cross-agent collaboration and continuous learning.
Attract and retain top-tier engineering and AI talent, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Mentor and manage a high-performance technical team, ensuring alignment with Greenstone’s vision and goals.
Act as the 'visionary translator' between technical teams, offshore developers, and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating the technical vision in an accessible manner.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business teams to ensure the delivery of practical and impactful AI solutions.
Bring a proven track record of developing transformative AI systems in high-stakes environments.

Required
Significant experience in AI-driven product development, particularly in building adaptive, context-aware systems.
A track record of leadership roles in reputable organizations or transformative startups (e.g., companies like Stripe, Google, Atlassian, or similar caliber).
Demonstrated ability to lead and scale technical teams, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including active learning systems, modular architectures, and cross-agent collaboration.
Hands-on experience with software development workflows and tools, understanding both developer needs and workflow optimization.
Familiarity with cloud-based systems, integration techniques, and the latest advancements in AI ecosystems.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
