Responsibilities

Mentor the customer-facing teams across our network of agencies, with a focus on improving client retention, satisfaction, and account growth.
Develop and implement processes across agencies to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience that drives retention and revenue growth.
Serve as the senior point of contact for our most valuable clients, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are nurtured at the highest level.
Build a customer success team that is data-driven, using key metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, client health, and team efficiency.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to align on client growth strategies and ensure smooth transitions from sales to account management.
Establish best practices for onboarding, client engagement, and ongoing success management.
Monitor client health through regular check-ins, satisfaction surveys, and feedback loops, ensuring any risks to retention are proactively addressed.
Train and mentor customer-facing managers to create a culture of client advocacy and high performance.
Report regularly on client satisfaction, retention rates, account growth, and other success metrics to senior leadership.
Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to continuously improve client-facing strategies.

Required

7+ years of customer success or client services experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a marketing, advertising, or tech-enabled services agency.
High EQ and ability to empathize with clients.
Strong track record of improving client retention and driving account growth through strategic relationship management.
Experience building and scaling a client success team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Proven ability to develop and manage KPIs, using metrics to guide the team's success and ensure client satisfaction.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with high-level clients.
Experience developing client-facing processes to improve client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive decision-making and improve team performance.
