Responsibilities
Develop and manage financial models to support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
Analyze key financial performance drivers and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Conduct detailed analysis of sales performance and revenue trends, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Design and build data views and dashboards to provide insights into customer segmentation, purchasing behaviors, and revenue by product, region, and channel.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reports, including variance analysis and key insights.
Work with leadership to provide data-driven recommendations that enhance decision-making.
Develop customer analysis frameworks to understand retention, churn, and lifetime value.
Create intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support executive and cross-functional team reviews.
Conduct ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to evaluate new opportunities, product performance, and business initiatives.
Build scenario models to assess risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
Identify and implement enhancements to reporting, data management, and analysis processes.
Automate recurring reports and develop tools to streamline financial and operational workflows.
Partner with accounting, operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure data alignment and support organizational objectives.
Support leadership in preparing board presentations and materials.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, sales operations, consulting, or a related finance role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong understanding of financial statements, business metrics, and sales/revenue analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an accessible manner.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Sage) and Power BI.
Knowledge of customer segmentation and market analysis techniques.
