Responsibilities
Act as a catalyst between the sales and sourcing teams.
Oversee and lead delivery operations with a focus on business objectives and targets.
Cultivate relationships with direct clients and opportunities, positioning staffing as a central business unit.
Demonstrate expertise in US staffing, with a strong background in top-tier US staffing companies.
Ensure timely deliverables and adherence to USCIS policies and US staffing strategies.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Managers to align client expectations, process progress, and requirements.
Bring a minimum of 10 years' experience in IT staffing, including 3 years of leading deliverables across multiple teams.
Strategically plan and execute timely talent delivery according to business demand.
Foster an atmosphere of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
Introduce innovative recruiting practices to enhance team productivity.
Define career paths, build leadership, manage attrition, and promote ownership and delivery.
Possess excellent analytical, communication, client management, and negotiation skills.

Required
12+ years of experience (with a focus on US Staffing)
A profound understanding of the IT staffing landscape in the US
Leadership prowess and adeptness in communication and team motivation
Experience in IT staffing, including 10 years' experience and 3 years of leading deliverables across multiple teams
Expertise in US staffing, with a strong background in top-tier US staffing companies
Ability to oversee and lead delivery operations with a focus on business objectives and targets
Capability to cultivate relationships with direct clients and opportunities, positioning staffing as a central business unit
Ensuring timely deliverables and adherence to USCIS policies and US staffing strategies
