Responsibilities
Manage complex mortgage accounts, including foreclosure, bankruptcy, property preservation, repossession, and collections.
Utilize various resources to locate borrowers and provide recommendations for account placement with third-party agencies or attorneys.
Engage with borrowers to assess repayment options, establish repayment schedules, or propose alternative solutions.
Protect the company’s interests in collateral while minimizing associated costs.
Evaluate asset values, review collateral conditions, negotiate sales, and finalize transactions with minimal oversight.
Ensure adherence to federal registration requirements under the SAFE Act and other applicable regulations.
